The three steps
Tour, then apply, then sign.
Tour
Call or write to book. Showings run weekdays and Saturday mornings.
Application
$45 per adult. One fee covers 90 days, so you can tour more than one Sonoran home under it.
Lease
A 12-month standard term, with renewals every December.
A decision in 24 to 48 hours
A person reads every application and answers by phone or email inside two business days. If a check or a reference needs more time, we say so the same day.
Deposits match one month's rent
Deposits equal one month of rent on every home, set by policy, never raised per applicant. The deposit is on the statement before you sign.
Thin history? Say it in the tour
If your rental history is short, raise it during the tour. We read the whole file: income, references, and the conversation, the same way for every adult applicant.
The walkthrough report signs the day keys change
Before keys change hands we walk the home together and sign the report together: condition, counters, photos. Move-out reads the same report back.
