The shop floor

The garage you can read.

Eleven lifts, four people, and a counter that speaks English.

01

The call

Call (704) 555-0139; you describe the symptom, not the part; the writer books the lift time.

02

The written estimate

You sign it before a wrench moves.

03

The call when it is done

Done, tested, and on the invoice.

Two bay rows

Eleven lifts across two bays.

Brakes and battery slots for the same day are held until 3:00 PM; after that the lift lands on tomorrow morning's row.

Big jobs get a loaner key and a lift slot overnight.

A dusty undercarriage fills the frame with the wheel, exhaust and suspension arms of a vehicle raised on a workshop lift, the empty bay blurred behind it.
Second generation

Ray Hollis, Owner + Lead Technician.

You get a written estimate before a wrench moves, and the invoice matches it. If we find something else, the car calls you first.

Ray Hollis, Owner + Lead Technician

Book with Ray's shop

A gray bearded older man in teal work coveralls stands with arms crossed in a dim workshop, a blue work light and vintage vehicle lamps glowing behind him.

Marisol Vega

Service Writer

The counter, the estimate you can actually read, the call when it is done.

Elliot Marsh

Diagnostics Lead

The scan tools, the electrical gremlins, the no-start mysteries.

Tanya Brooks

Parts + Office

Sourcing the right part once, the loaner keys, the coffee.
