Blackland . Build . Co

Built without the games.

A Houston general contractor with line-item bids, self-performed concrete, and a schedule you can hold. We build across the Gulf Coast: warehouses, clinics, offices, and the community buildings a city runs on.

Why Blackland

The bid you can read.

A Houston general contractor since 1998, building commercial and light-industrial work on the schedule you signed.

Our bids name what is included. Change orders are written, priced, and approved before work moves.

The people

The people behind the builds.

Buildings do not go up on their own. Superintendent Marta Reyes runs the site and sends the daily photo report; the crews setting the panels are ours.

Construction workers in hi-vis vests bend over a rebar grid on a concrete deck under warm afternoon light, one standing figure in a white hard hat holding a hammer.
A concrete crew in helmets and hi-vis vests guides a power screed and shovels across a fresh slab as a mixer truck pours the load behind them on an overcast day.
Meet Blackland

The bid names what is inside the number. If it moves, you approve it before we move. The superintendent's phone number is printed on every bid.
